Classes run throughout the academic year, from October to May, and are divided into three terms - autumn, winter and spring. There are five sessions per term which meet approximately every other week and run from 10 - 4. There are also summer classes when the two groups combine.

Students have the opportunity to attend the other venue for missed days provided that it is taken within the same term.

The cost per term is currently £140.00, with a non-refundable £50 deposit payable prior to the first session. Balances are required on the first day of the term. Summer classes (scroll down for dates) are priced at £35 per session. Basic materials are included in the fee as are tea, coffee and biscuits. Students bring their own packed lunch.

Each year we arrange a class trip to an institution or event of interest. Past visits include the Wormsley Library, the British Library and the Bodleian Library. The 2025 visit was to the Royal Bindery in Windsor Castle. In 2026 we travelled to Bayton's Bindery in Bath and the Bath Record Office.

And every summer we have a social garden-party.
